I was remembering this morning...
While I was working on my tryptic, I thought a lot about Dale Walters. His process would start by printing photos on vellum paper, so he was also constrained by the paper size his printer could handle. Therefore, in order to build large pieces, he splitted them in tiles &#8211; the same thing I had to do with the tryptic pieces. I ended up mounting the tiles on the same canvas, but also explored mounting them separately and arranging them as Mr. Walters&#039; did.</description>
