Blow it up HUGE and put it on a wall. Lots of cool movement!

Could be that mural I’m considering for my office, huh?

This actually came out from some designs I was putting together. I was toying with the idea of sewing some interesting design with different colored fabric, and reupholstering my breakfast chairs with it. Every chair would get a different design, but they would all look like a set. WILD!… Yet, so much sewing work… And who knows if the delicately crafted fabric could take Joey’s very intense culo every morning. This is just one of the many artsy ideas that spin at high velocity in my mind these days.

I could see this as a mural over our fireplace. Safe from my precocious culeta.

love the idea! let me know if you do it. maybe you could print or paint the pattern on the fabric instead of sewing. You could probably “paint” with dye but have to watch out for bleeding edges.

    That sounds easier!
I’ve seen some white canvas in the fabric store, and I once saw a project where they created a rug by painting on canvas… You’d think that if people can step all over it, they could also sit on it — even with a lot of intensity, no?

Don’t forget spills though! That might be frustrating to put a lot of time into something and then have a drink spilled on it or something.

I know… And I do live with a “Flo-flo” (a clumsy bunny that spills and drops crumbs everywhere)
